{"id":39176,"date":"2023-02-26T09:41:10","date_gmt":"2023-02-26T12:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/?p=39176"},"modified":"2023-02-26T09:41:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-26T12:41:10","slug":"extensa-capacitacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/02\/26\/extensa-capacitacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Extensa capacitaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la presencia estelar de <em>Natalia<\/em> <em>Ciardello<\/em>, <strong>t\u00e9cnica CAP nivel A<\/strong>, la capacitaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 el jueves y se extender\u00e1 hasta el domingo por la noche.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00faper contentas por ahora, arrancamos anteayer, seguimos hoy y ma\u00f1ana; las nenas vienen entrenando much\u00edsimo, son 65 que vinieron de toda la provincia y parte de Buenos Aires. Est\u00e1n haciendo entrenamiento f\u00edsico, con una profesora (<em>Natalia<\/em> <em>Ciardello<\/em>) que vino de <strong>Buenos Aires<\/strong> para toda la parte que es pat\u00edn en las diferentes disciplinas; una nutricionista, una psic\u00f3loga deportiva (<em>Gabriela<\/em> <em>Pasquett\u00edn<\/em>), est\u00e1 el panel de jueces; es decir, todo un trabajo integral. Adem\u00e1s de un core\u00f3grafo para trabajar con las chicas la parte de danzas y coreograf\u00eda, s\u00faper completo\u201d, detall\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica <em>Cristina Rixon<\/em> de la instituci\u00f3n organizadora.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hubo parte recreativa. \u201cAyuda a la convivencia de las chicas, como una parte de recreaci\u00f3n. Por el calor fueron a la pileta, despu\u00e9s de entrenar al centro a tomar helados y pasear. Una jornada muy completa\u201d, dijo a <b>Deporte Capital.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que \u201cterminamos el domingo a las 20.30 horas, luego de comenzar a las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, remarc\u00f3 que \u201ctenemos un a\u00f1o muy intenso de torneos a nivel provincial y nacional; todo esto es justamente para prepararnos para lo que
