{"id":44264,"date":"2024-02-10T22:06:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-11T01:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/?p=44264"},"modified":"2024-02-10T22:06:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-11T01:06:49","slug":"que-puedan-elevar-sus-niveles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/02\/10\/que-puedan-elevar-sus-niveles\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cQue puedan elevar sus niveles\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El gimnasio del C\u00edrculo de suboficiales y agentes de la polic\u00eda de <strong>La Pampa<\/strong> estaba colmada de patinadoras que segu\u00edan las indicaciones de <em>Silvia Ludue\u00f1a<\/em> y <em>Lorena<\/em> <em>Carinelli<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La convocatoria, llevada adelante por la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Pampeana de Pat\u00edn<\/strong> que preside <em>Mari\u00f3n Montivero,<\/em> cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de la <strong>subsecretar\u00eda de Deportes<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de <em>Ceferino<\/em> <em>Almud\u00e9var<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En un breve di\u00e1logo con <b>Deporte Capitel<\/b>, las t\u00e9cnicas precisaron que \u201ctenemos un proyecto para noviembre de este a\u00f1o para que las nenas puedan elevar sus categor\u00edas en los torneos nacionales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Destacaron que \u201cnos encontramos con muchas chicas de muy lindo nivel y otro grupo con mucha proyecci\u00f3n. Vinimos a trabajar en tres disciplinas diferentes: Silvia en Escuela y Libre y yo en Escuela Libre y Danza, que es una disciplina que est\u00e1 comenzando ac\u00e1 en la provincia, entonces vinimos a capacitar a los profesores y darles herramientas para que sigan trabajando durante todo el a\u00f1o y poder incursionar en esta disciplina que es m\u00e1s nueva y tambi\u00e9n avanzar en las otras que tienen muy buen nivel. Dar una mano buscando siempre ir hacia adelante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hicieron hincapi\u00e9 en que \u201cest\u00e1n trabajando en la concentraci\u00f3n, la precisi\u00f3n, lo que es t\u00e9cnico y lo vamos haciendo debajo de los patines que se llama trabajo en seco y arriba de los patines. En danza est\u00e1n trabajando con m\u00fasica y eso es muy importante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, sostuvieron que \u201clas m\u00e1s chiquitas son m\u00e1s permeables al aprendizaje, la idea nuestra como entrenadoras es darle lo mejor a cada deportista sin importar la edad ni la categor\u00eda, tratando de que cada uno pueda llegar lo m\u00e1s lejos, lo que su capacidad le permita. Buscamos que cada una llegue a su m\u00e1ximo nivel. Los que tengan m\u00e1s habilidad van a llegar m\u00e1s lejos, pero nosotras queremos que todas permanezcan en el deporte durante mucho tiempo y que tengan una infancia y una adolescencia feliz sobre los patines\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, dijeron que \u201cvamos a venir con cierta regularidad a seguir trabajando con todo lo que necesitan para noviembre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
