La deportista de Oro, Paulina<\/em> Barreiro<\/em>, dialog\u00f3 brevemente con Deporte Capital en Radio.<\/b> \u201cNunca corr\u00ed en estas condiciones), precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los Juegos Panamericanos Junior<\/strong> ya cerraron donde Paulina Barreiro<\/em> aport\u00f3 nada menos que tres preseas de Oro y una de Plata.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl descanso todav\u00eda no es suficiente, pero tenemos toda la semana\u201d, admiti\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Haciendo una cronolog\u00eda de lo actuado y ante las preguntas que le deslizamos, asever\u00f3 que \u201cen la primera carrera de K1 siempre las llegadas se determinan por foto finish. Dentro del agua me di cuenta que ten\u00eda una luz de ventaja y por suerte fue as\u00ed\u201d.<\/p>\n

Se destaca que estas pruebas se las califican como explosivas, porque se llega como comienza (fuerte, al m\u00e1ximo), pr\u00e1cticamente sin remate final ni fase intermedia. \u201cNo tiene regulaci\u00f3n\u201d, sintetiz\u00f3 Paulina<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Esta presentaci\u00f3n ofici\u00f3 como sustento para las siguientes competencias. \u201cEn K1 500 metros sal\u00ed y me mantuve adelante pero a falta de 150 metros se puso muy movida el agua y en el video se observa que me ven\u00eda cayendo bastante, y es algo que queda para mejorar porque cualquier clima puede tocar. As\u00ed que hay que saber manejar todo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado, en esta distancia, donde hay que exponer una base significativa de base aer\u00f3bica, con una postura de concentraci\u00f3n alta, son otros los condimentos a atender.<\/p>\n

\u201cTen\u00e9s una salida media y mucha m\u00e1s tolerancia, aunque no qued\u00e9 conforme en esta distancia\u201d. Igualmente, la medalla de Plata fue s\u00faper importante.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl K4 lo estuvimos entrenando un mont\u00f3n de tiempo y muy contenta por la diferencia que pudimos hacer al bote de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (dos segundos) y al resto m\u00e1s. Sali\u00f3 una linda carrera\u201d, remarc\u00f3 la palista.<\/p>\n

El Mixto<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cFue terrible, nunca corr\u00ed en esas condiciones, pens\u00e9 que se suspend\u00eda, ya que se atras\u00f3 una hora y media, pero la terminaron largando. Result\u00f3 muy dif\u00edcil llevar el bote derecho ante las olas y mantenernos arriba tambi\u00e9n\u201d. Aqu\u00ed el hombre va primero y Paulina<\/em> atr\u00e1s tratando de llevar el paleo a su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ando de principio a fin, para que salga un tr\u00e1nsito limpio. \u201cPor suerte sali\u00f3 muy bien en esa regata tan movida\u201d.<\/p>\n

En un an\u00e1lisis de lo actuado, enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201cera mi objetivo y solo qued\u00e9 disconforme en los 500 metros. Las expectativas eran altas y sab\u00eda que todo el equipo de poder tener todos estos resultados. Aunque las regatas siempre hay que correrlas y no confiarse\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, Paulina<\/em> asever\u00f3 que \u201cme sent\u00ed muy apoyada y estoy muy agradecida; mucha gente me escribi\u00f3 y no pude responder a todos, y con los periodistas tratando de hablar un poquito con cada uno\u00a0 y est\u00e1 buen\u00edsimo que se interesen\u201d.<\/p>\n

Abanderada<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNo me lo esperaba y qued\u00e9 recontenta, no pens\u00e9 que fuera una de las que sum\u00e9 m\u00e1s medallas en los Juegos, quedando empatada con la chica de nataci\u00f3n (Agostina<\/em> Hein<\/em>) con tres doradas y recontenta de llevar nuestra bandera\u201d.<\/p>\n

Se escaparon algunas l\u00e1grimas, le apuntamos\u2026. \u201cS\u00ed, siempre, con el himno y cuando desfilamos; sent\u00ed un orgullo tremendo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, Paulina<\/em> adelant\u00f3 que \u201cen dos semanas tenemos Los Juegos Argentinos de Alto Rendimiento en Santa Fe<\/strong> y despu\u00e9s seguir entrenando para meterme en el equipo Senior o Sub 23\u201d, complet\u00f3.<\/p>\n
