{"id":58934,"date":"2026-07-30T23:34:24","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T23:34:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/?p=58934"},"modified":"2026-08-01T01:24:55","modified_gmt":"2026-08-01T01:24:55","slug":"capacitacion-para-personal-trainer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deportecapital.com.ar\/index.php\/2026\/07\/30\/capacitacion-para-personal-trainer\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitaci\u00f3n para Personal Trainer"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"58934\" class=\"elementor elementor-58934\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-492843d5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"492843d5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a8e5b6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a8e5b6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta ma\u00f1ana se anunci\u00f3 en la<strong> casa del Deporte<\/strong> una capacitaci\u00f3n para <strong>Personal Trainer y Preparador F\u00edsico General<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La ronda de prensa cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del <strong>subsecretario de Deportes<\/strong>, <em>Ceferino Almud\u00e9var<\/em> y el <strong>presidente del Copef<\/strong>, <em>Juan Pablo Altamiranda<\/em>.<\/p><p>El trabajo conjunto, rec\u00edproco, siempre trae aparejado mutuos beneficios.<\/p><p><em>Almud\u00e9var<\/em> dijo que \u201csiempre es bueno que el Estado impulse acciones junto a instituciones, como el <strong>COPEF<\/strong>, que tiene una trayectoria en materia de capacitaciones; y nosotros ofrecemos nuestro aporte\u201d.<\/p><p>Por su lado, y en di\u00e1logo telef\u00f3nico con el programa <b>Deporte Capital en Radio<\/b> que se emite diariamente por La Red 92.9, en el horario de 10 a 11, el titular del <strong>Copef<\/strong> sostuvo que \u201csurgi\u00f3 la idea de trabajar en conjunto con la <strong>subsecretar\u00eda de Deportes de la provincia<\/strong>, y en esta oportunidad, llegar\u00e1n aqu\u00ed <em>Nora Koppel<\/em> (deportista ol\u00edmpica), <em>Sergio Parra<\/em> (profesor y entrenador de Powerlifting, adem\u00e1s de trabajar en el club Boca Junior) y <em>Gabriel Coto<\/em> (profesor en el alto rendimiento) para entregar una capacitaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de <strong>Personal Trainer y Preparador F\u00edsico General<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p><em>Altamiranda<\/em> dijo \u201cjerarquizar la actividad\u201d con estas capacitaciones que redundar\u00e1 en beneficio de todos. \u201cHoy, hay nuevas formas y nuevos m\u00e9todos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p><p>Con relaci\u00f3n al M\u00e1ster, que ser\u00e1 el 22 de agosto e ir\u00e1 en doble jornada, el titular del <strong>Copef<\/strong> enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201ces una Apertura para posteriormente abrir el curso de Personal Trainer\u201d.<\/p><p>En otro orden, se refiri\u00f3 a la gesti\u00f3n. \u201cReci\u00e9n cumplimos dos a\u00f1os y vamos por el camino positivo. Seguimos en contacto con la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes de la municipalidad<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n con <em>Luciano<\/em> (<em>Di<\/em> <em>N\u00e1poli<\/em>), quien accedi\u00f3 a entregarnos un subsidio para arreglar el techo que se llov\u00eda en el pasillo de ingreso, y ha quedado muy bien\u201d.<\/p><p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el tema del quincho es utilizado para cumplea\u00f1os, festejos y otras reuniones.<\/p><p>Destac\u00f3 que \u201chemos tenido un incremento de la matr\u00edcula, y eso merced a las capacitaciones que hemos llevado adelante\u201d.<\/p><p>Ante una consulta, admiti\u00f3 que \u201clas formativas de cualquier disciplina deportiva debe estar bajo la \u00f3rbita del mejor profesional en la materia\u201d.<\/p><p>Finalmente, sostuvo que los entrenadores y profesores de la educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica deben trabajar con conjunto, intercambiando ideas y conceptos, con el solo prop\u00f3sito de elevar el conocimiento en beneficio _en definitiva_ para la
